About Couponé

Couponé is a private, local-first vault for gift cards, vouchers and store credit. The app is in active development; this website currently offers information and an early-access waitlist.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Couponé. If you're using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're authorised to accept these terms for it.

Your account and passphrase

Couponé is designed so that only you can unlock your data. If you enable sync, your passphrase encrypts your account — we never see it and cannot reset or recover it. Keep your passphrase and Recovery Kit safe; if you lose both, your synced data cannot be restored. You are responsible for the security of your device and credentials.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Couponé for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold.
• Don't attempt to break, probe or disrupt the service or its security.
• Don't misuse the waitlist or contact channels (for example, spam or abuse).

Gift card information

Couponé helps you organise your own gift cards. Balances, expiry dates and codes are entered or read by you and stored for your convenience; we don't verify them with merchants and aren't responsible for the value, validity or expiry of any card. Always confirm the details with the issuing merchant.

Subscriptions and payments

Couponé is free to start. Premium features are offered as a subscription. When billing is available, purchases are processed by the app store on your device and subject to its terms; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled, and you can cancel at any time through your app-store account.

Intellectual property

The Couponé name, brand, website and app are ours. These terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the service as intended.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every need.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Couponé and its team won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the service — including the value of any gift card.

Changes and termination

We may update the service and these terms from time to time, and may suspend or end the service (or your access to it) where reasonably necessary. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by the date above.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
