Delete your account

You can delete your Couponé account at any time. Deleting it erases your encrypted account and everything we store for it on our server.
Delete it in the app
This works the same on iPhone and Android, from any device signed in to the account.
- Open Couponé and go to Settings.
- Scroll to "Danger Zone" and tap "Delete account".
- Enter your passphrase to confirm. Your account is erased straight away and you are signed out.
No longer have the app?
Email support@coupone.app from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm the request with you before erasing it, and reply within two business days (Sunday to Thursday, Israel time).
What gets deleted
Nothing is kept afterwards. Anonymous, aggregate usage counts, which were never tied to you, are not affected.
Cards stored on your devices are not touched by deleting the account. To remove them too, use "Delete wallet" in the same "Danger Zone", or uninstall the app.
- Your account: the sign-in email and the authentication verifier.
- Your encrypted cards, balances, history and keys stored for sync. We could never read them, and afterwards nobody can.
- Your devices' sign-in sessions and your family membership. If you created a family, its shared cards are deleted for every member.
